"COUNTER ATTACK"

Type: combat                        Area of Effect: target
Class: Monk

Players can follow up an opponent's attack with a counter attack during combat
if they have this skill.  This gives them an extra attack if they are
successful.  This skill is automatic once it is learned but automtically using
it can be turned on and off in TOGGLES.

You can improve counter attack with a higher dex and reduced for mounted and 
defensive fighting style.

Higher skill ranks afford benefits as follows:
Rank 2: You can counter in defensive combat mode.
Rank 4: You can counter while mounted.
Rank 6: You can counter while holding something.
